Because they worked until they found exactly what I wanted, were courteous to my wants, listened to my counters... and delivered what they promised without the pressures of a car dealership. A pleasure to do buisness with. Bobby Conner was a true professional. I was working with a large dealership a little further north up 35, which was going to have to trade to get in the f-250 I was intrested in. In the end the dealership could not complete with the deal and was going to continue to look for a truck but with lesser options than I was intrested in. I made the call to Seth's and they had one on the lot with all the options I wanted. I went down that night and and everything was great. I was greeted promptly by Bobby who was very helpful and answered all my questions. They took total care of myself and my family and I will be back for my next purchase.

Very pleasant. Kenny East our salesman was very courteous - offered bottled water because it was so very hot. Explained changes to the new cars. Finance Director, Lank Johnson, explained financing and extended warranty thoroughly without pressure to purchase. The first person I talked with on the phone was Whitney Woods. She was very friendly and answered all my questions correctly

We went to 3 other dealerships before we got to Pauls Valley. The prices I was quoted at each were siilar. It was our sales person and the other people working at Seth Wadley's that made our decision as to where we would buy our truck. I've never owned a Ford vehicle. If the SuperDuty is as good as the consumer reports say then I'll be back in 18 months.
